We've been busy developing new flavors including a functional chocolate flavor and a seasonal Holiday Nog, along with 16-ounce single-sized pouches - perfect for one or on the go.

We hope you’ve enjoyed your summer and are looking forward to all things fall - including Pro Model updates and more places to try Numilk!
We are excited to announce we are in some new locations nationwide, including - in Chicago at Foxtrot Market on Milwaukee & Damon, Poppy Heart Art Studio and Café in Montauk, New York, Dry Goods Refillery in Montclair, New Jersey, and a second location of Plant City X in Warwick, Rhode Island coming this month. So if you’re in the area, give us a try. Visit our Numilk Store Locator on our website or on Instagram under Locations to find a store near you.
By increasing our placement nationwide, we’ve been able to gain in-the-field feedback that has helped our engineering team make significant improvements, including cleanability of the bottle and machine and pouch design and functioning for better dispensing and convenience.
Due to these further improvements, we plan to start shipping Pro machines by the end of September through the end of the year. Please stay tuned to your email for any further updates.

Numilk Pro Surveys Coming!

Be on the lookout for our Backer Survey being sent out today to our Numilk Pro Backers only! Numilk Home backer surveys will go out closer to shipments in the summer of 2022. We will be notifying you as soon as we are ready for the Numilk Pro shipments, so keep an eye out for our next updates - we’re getting closer to bringing Numilk to your doorsteps!
We are excited to announce that we have transferred all Backer pledges to our pledge management tool, BackerKit. You’ll be receiving an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like (orders will be locked and charged). After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and make address changes at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Please also check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://numilk-home.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://numilk-home.backerkit.com/faq.

We're Expanding & People Are Loving It!

Hey Backers!
We wanted to let everyone know that we are continuing to grow Numilk - and the response from folks continues to be incredible!
We mentioned in a previous update that we started a pilot program with Blue Bottle in their Williamsburg Brooklyn location which just kicked off last month. If you’re in the area, order through the Blue Bottle app and select the Blue Bottle Oat-Nut Blend to try this new blend we created especially for their menu - and look for a follow-up survey email from them with a special coupon.
We are also getting some amazing feedback from customers who have tried Numilk on Instagram. This is what a few of them have to say -

On the engineering side, we’ve updated all our Pro backers about a slight delay in expected delivery date due to a supply chain backup; we expect to start shipping PRO machines by the end of August, running through ~October for fulfillment of all the PRO orders.
