Can I refill the pouches with my own ingredients?
That would be difficult - the packets are sealed air-tight with special equipment so that they empty into the bottle easily and maintain the freshness of the ingredients. Numilk only uses pure ingredients, which are refined with special equipment, and are what makes our plant-based milks and lattes so delicious and better than anything you buy at the store.

The pouches are made from post-consumer materials that are recyclable or returnable. We are working hard on a compostable pouch as well. From the beginning, Numilk has strived to make plant-based less waste! What is the difference between the Numilk Pro and the Numilk Home machines?
The Numilk Home and Pro machines essentially do the same thing - they make our plant-based goodness from our pouches! The main difference would be the construction materials of the machines and the ability to connect to a waterline. The Pro unit is made from stainless steel, has a larger footprint, and can be hooked up directly to a water line as compared to the Home machine which is made from brushed metal and plastic, has a smaller footprint for your counter, and cannot be hooked up to a water line.

Does the Numilk machine need to be cleaned?
Numilk is all about convenience! You only need to occasionally wipe down the machine with a damp cloth and wipe out the pouch chamber. The bottle that comes with the machine will need to be cleaned between uses and is dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand.

How does the Numilk machine work?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3. For machines not connected to a water line, simply fill the bottle with 28 ounces of water, place the bottle in the bottom of the machine. If you are hooked up to a water line, skip filling the bottle with water! Choose your favorite Numilk pouch, insert it into the machine, lower the handle, and press the start button! And voilà - in less than a minute you have plant-based Numilk ready to drink!

In the creation of our products, we use whole ingredients which allows us to operate with no food waste! BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
