We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new website and our new locations!
For the past few months, the Numilk team has been working hard to renovate Numilk’s website to improve our order processing and filling capabilities. We’re happy to announce that this website is almost ready to launch and should be live next month!

We are excited to announce that our first few backers have now received their Numilk machines! We are working towards fulfilling the remaining Pro orders one at a time in the coming weeks and months. As a reminder, for Pro backers whose orders were delayed, we are offering a free 12-pack of Numilk pouches for every month of delay, and for those who don’t want to wait, please message us for a full refund of your pledge.

Numilk Holiday Nog
Pro & Home Machine Release Dates

Hey Backers,
Since our campaign was launched earlier this year back in March and ended in May, we wanted to address some questions regarding the release dates for the Home and Pro machines.
The Home machines, which over 800 of you backed (thank you!), were initially slated for a release date of August of 2022. We know that is a long time to wait. However, we are working diligently to improve upon that deadline.
The Pro machines were originally slated for an August 2021 launch. Sadly, we have been delayed on that deadline to both your and our dismay. However, we are working hard to ensure we get the machines and pouches to you as soon as possible while utilizing in-the-field feedback to guarantee your satisfaction.
For those of you who no longer want to wait and would like a refund -
Home backers can request a refund with an 8% processing fee deduction which is the case when requesting a refund out of the campaign period.
Pro Backers can request a full refund based on our delay.
We hope this clarifies your questions and again we appreciate your support and patience,
