Hi everyone-

We are excited to share some updates on our progress -

We received the second working prototypes of the Numilk Home and are now finalizing feedback and design prior to approving production.  We expect to have them ready around the end of the year.

In the meantime, we continue to hand build Numilk Commercial machines in Raleigh, NC and install them in cafes around the country.  Check our website for the latest locations and or keep an eye out at your local cafe.

Hi everyone-

Happy new year from the Numilk team!

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday season and want to share an update on our progress.

We have the first working prototypes of our Home machines from our manufacturer.  We are now working to provide feedback and finalize design before ordering the tools and molds needed for large scale production.  We hope to have them ready by Q4 of this year, but it's possible that they won’t be ready until Q1 of next year.

In the meantime, we continue to hand build our commercial units in Raleigh, NC and install them in cafes around the country.  Check our website for our latest locations and or keep an eye out at your local cafe.

For those of you who want to continue to wait for the Home machines, no need to do anything. If you don't want to continue to wait, we will be happy to provide you a full refund of your pledge. To request a refund, please email us at: [email protected]

Hi everyone-

Happy Holidays from the Numilk team!

We hope everyone is having a good month and are ready for the coming holiday season. and wanted to share an update on our progress

We continue to hand build our commercial units in Raleigh, NC.  Our Commercial machines help do our part for the environment by significantly reducing waste and carbon emissions for our Commercial customers.  Check our Instagram for our latest locations and or keep an eye out at your local cafe!

We continue to work closely with Hamilton Beach to finalize the designs for our Numilk Home. We cannot wait to share more details on what it will look like, and should have more info on look and timeline around the corner in January.

Manufacturing Update

Hi everyone - 

We are excited to share some great news - 

We have an agreement in place with Hamilton Beach for them to manufacture both our Home and Pro machines - 

We obviously did not predict 2 years ago that we would still be impacted by supply chain and other shortages.  As soon as we realized that covid-shortages would persist, we knew we had to find a partner, and Hamilton Beach - the #1 small kitchen appliance brand in the US - is as good as it gets.

With that being said, we don't yet have visibility as to when the machines will be available.  We will post another update as soon as we know more.

June Update

Hey Backers!

We were able to ship some more Numilk Pro machines to backers in May.  We are working in chronological order; however, we are building them ourselves and it will take a few more months to fulfill all the Pro orders. For those who don't want to wait, we are happy to provide a full refund; please send us a message if you'd like to take advantage of that. For those who prefer to continue to wait, we will reach out when we have a machine ready to ship.

Unlike the Numilk Pro, the Numilk Home will be built by a 3rd party.  Based on delays throughout the component supply chain, we know now that it will be delayed beyond the initial expectation of August 2022 and we don't yet have an updated ETA. If you don't want to continue to wait, please let us know and we will be happy to provide you a full refund minus the 8% Kickstarter fee, which is beyond our control.

Finally, we’re excited to announce that Numilk has expanded its footprint across the United States. You now can find us at The Daily in Charleston (SC) and Atlanta (GA). We are also in two new Birch Coffee locations in the Upper West Side and Financial District (NY), as well as Now or Never in Soho (NY).  Please visit our Numilk Store Locator or our Instagram under ‘Locations’ to find a store near you.
